Yes. Our cleaners arrive prepared with the supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have specific products or preferences, just let us know in advance.

How long will my cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you choose. We'll provide an estimated duration when you book.

Can I request specific areas to be cleaned?

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

We're happy to clean homes with pets. We simply recommend keeping pets somewhere they feel safe and comfortable while our team is working.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment according to our cancellation policy. Please give us as much notice as possible.

Do you offer evening cleaning for offices?

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For offices and other commercial spaces, we can sometimes arrange cleaning later in the evening, depending on the location and team availability. This is not a standard option, so please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

What should I do before my cleaning?

No need to clean before we arrive — that's our job. We simply recommend putting away personal items and clutter so our team can spend more time actually cleaning your home.
