Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TGcleaning LLC (“Tangerine Cleaning,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit tgcleaningnyc.com (the “Site”), contact us, or book our cleaning services. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you need, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in your message. When you book through our booking system, our booking provider collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, service address, home details, access instructions, and payment information.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and our network provider record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. We use this information to keep the Site secure and working.
Information from others. If you leave us a review on Google, the review and your public profile name may be shown on the Site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers. Please do not send it to us through our forms.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests and to give you a quote.
- To schedule, provide, and confirm cleaning services, and to process payments.
- To send messages about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders, and changes.
- To improve our services and the Site.
- To protect the Site, our customers, and our business against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or any other independent purpose. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and provide our services, and we give each of them only the information it needs for its function:
- Telegram — delivers contact form submissions to our team.
- Zenbooker — our online booking and scheduling system. It stores the details you enter in the booking form and processes them for us to schedule and manage your appointments.
- Payment processors used by our booking system — handle card payments. We do not store full card numbers.
- Cloudflare — network, security, and content delivery.
- OVHcloud — hosts our servers.
- Google — displays our Google reviews and maps on the Site.
- Our business phone and messaging provider — handles our calls and text messages with you.
- Other technical providers, such as email and IT services, only as needed to run our business.
We may also disclose information when the law, a subpoena, a court order, or other legal process requires it; to prevent fraud and protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others; or in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information will remain protected by this policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our public pages do not set cookies to track you. Third-party services built into the Site, such as the Zenbooker booking widget, Cloudflare, and Google maps and reviews, may set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the booking form may not work without them.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, we do not change how the Site works in response to these signals.
5. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or booking. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate, express consent. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop text messages at any time. We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
6. How long we keep information
We keep booking history, messages, and order records for 3 years after your last interaction with us. We keep information longer only when we need it to meet a legal, accounting, or tax requirement, or to resolve a dispute, chargeback, insurance claim, or other legal matter, and only for as long as that need lasts. When we no longer need information for our business or our legal obligations, we delete or anonymize it.
Booking records are stored in our booking system, and some copies may remain in its backups for a limited time after we delete them. Server logs are deleted automatically after about 14 days. Backup copies of our own systems are replaced automatically within about 14 days.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and password-protected systems, and we securely dispose of information we no longer need. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by New York law.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at [email protected] or call (929) 296-8010. When we delete your information, we also delete it from the accounts we control with our service providers, including our booking system, where they allow it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information that the law requires us to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. Contact us to use them; if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites and services, such as Google and our booking provider. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
